The following year, 2006, saw further expansion as the organization extended its reach beyond Florida, entering into partnerships with state prison systems. From 2007 to 2009, the organization's efforts and dedication to excellence were recognized with the prestigious NCCHC Program and Facility of the Year award. These accolades highlighted its outstanding service and commitment to healthcare excellence within correctional facilities, solidifying its position as a leader in the sector.

In 2010, Armor Correctional Health Services undertook a strategic diversification, expanding its services to include private, secure detention facilities and collaborating with ICE. This move not only widened the scope of its services but also underscored its versatility and commitment as a comprehensive healthcare provider in the correctional healthcare field. By 2015-2018, a significant milestone was achieved: serving over one million patients. This achievement reflected the organization's impact and the scale of its operations.
